You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.The roleThe site activation manger is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely activation and maintenance of investigative sites to ensure that sites are activated in line with the study timelines and client expectation.General responsibilities- Ensure site activation resources operate in a professional, service-orientated and client-focused manner and provide support, training, coaching and mentoring to colleagues as requested.- Manage and motivate site activation team towards successful delivery of project assigned, input into resource appraisals as requested and refer sub-optimal performance for management through to relevant direct line manager- Drive culture of excellence in execution of site activation services achieving customer satisfaction and prioritizing quality and patient safety.What you need- Bachelors Degree- Excellent English- 5+ years within clinical research with at least 2 of leading global projects- Experience in managements of study deliverables in management of site activation project phaseBenefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
