You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Provide daily procurement operation service in dedicated areas (countries, categories) in line with relevant processes and procedures, and contribute to team goals described in KPIs- Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations in dedicated areas - influence end-users into compliance, always keeping the 'user-easiness' and 'user-friendliness' in mind- Actively identify areas for catalog coverage extension, cooperatate with relevant stakeholders on catalogs implementation as well as effectively engage of end users to ensure increasing of usage- Ensure use of Danfoss preferred, strategic and approved suppliers in accordance to Supplier Portfolio Strategy; feedback on Category Strategy, vendor base, vendor performance; run projects within dedicated buying category as per agreement with the business strategy- Understand procurement systems and processes in-depth; have expertise to efficently handle procurement operation service- In close cooperation with Focus Area act as a trainer for other team members; provide regular trainings for end users to enhance their capabilities and accountability for high quality input and complience**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor Degree- Fluent in english- Knowledge in procurement, legal, customer service, accounting, logistics- Communication skills and good analitical skills- Knowledge in Microsoft Office**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
