Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- The SSC Intercompany Analyst will be responsible for all finance activities related to Intercompany process including posting invoices, processing payment confirmations, collecting payments from counterparts, and manage all process discrepancies.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Supplier payment/netting confirmation.- Cash advances.- Resolution of vendor discrepancies.- Intercompany Netting and Balancing.- Month-End Close activities.- IC Balances Reconciliations.- Adhere with internal controls procedures.- Support audit requests timely.- Ensure IC overdues below defined target.Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.- 2+ years in similar position.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.- Experience in SAP.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Finance Accounting & Controlling**Department**:Services**Location**:Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shar.Serv.
