Our mission is to help companies save time, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service through reliable, empathetic, and results-driven teams.**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.- Create, curate, and publish original content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interaction to build authentic engagement.- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align messaging with company goals and client success stories.- Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and present recommendations for continuous improvement.- Stay ahead of trends in social media, content creation, and online community management.- Support paid campaigns and audience targeting to maximize reach and conversion.- Build You tube material and record content.- Assist with Full Circle clients whom are in need of social media assistance as well.- Additional duties assigned.**Experience**- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.- Personable.- Not shy of being on camera.- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices across major platforms.- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Zoho Social, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite).- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**Your System Requirements**Specific Requirements listed here:Quiet private workspaceUSB Headset with Noise Cancellation featureDual monitorsWorking Webcam- Specific Requirements listed here:- Microsoft Windows computer - NO MacBooks- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps**This is a 1099 independent contractor role.** As a contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits.
