JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.JLL, empresa líder mundial en el sector inmobiliario, busca por crecimiento para su División de Servicios de Ingeniería Técnico electromecánico.**Objetivos de la posición**:Mantener en condiciones óptimas de operación y funcionalidad los sistemas electromecánicos y de generación de vapor del sitio en el que se encuentre asignado, tales como:Sistemas eléctricos de Iluminación, circuitos de fuerza, rampas, cortinas rápidas, tableros de control.Sistemas hidráulicos, sanitarios.Sistemas de vapor/calderas.Compresores de aire.Sistemas HVAC.Mantenimiento general de edificio.**Responsabilidades**:Mantiene en óptimas condiciones operativas los sistemas críticos asignados (Calderas, recuperadores de calor, cabezales de distribución).Ejecuta los mantenimientos preventivos según se tengan calendarizados, cumpliendo los alcances señalados.Ejecuta el mantenimiento correctivo a todos los sistemas críticos y edificio.Documentar y solicitar los cierres de ordenes de trabajo en sistema.Reporta a supervisor hallazgos en equipos críticos para generar un diagnóstico de la falla y programar su reparación.Generar recorridos de inspección en las áreas asignadas para detectar luminarias dañadas, WC fuera de operación, paredes sucias, golpes en pared entre más actividades propias de conservación del edificio.Solicitar el equipo y herramienta necesaria para la correcta ejecución de sus funciones.Encargado de la correcta documentación de todo mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo asignado.En base a su conocimiento de los equipos asignado, propone mejoras a planes de mantenimiento (actividades, frecuencias fechas de ejecución) documentando toda propuesta para análisis.Apoya en el seguimiento de trabajos realizados por contratistas.Generar permisos de trabajo RPR.Recorridos frecuenciales por cuartos de servicio registrando en bitácora los parámetros que se soliciten 2 veces por jornada laboral.Realizar reparaciones de tablaroca, pintura y fontanería.**Zona de Trabajo**: Tijuana parque industrial florido**Requisitos del puesto**:Preparatoria concluida y/o carrera técnica en electromecánica, máquinas y herramientas o afín3 años en el área de mantenimiento equipo electromecánico, pintura, tablaroca y mantenimiento en general.Manejo de calderas, recuperadores de calor, puertas automáticas, rampas, cortinas rápidas.Conocimiento de tablaroca, pintura y fontanería.Electricidad industrial media y baja tensión.Mecánica y sistemas de bombeo.**Ofrecemos**:Contratación Directa por parte de la empresa.Sueldo Base.Pago semanal.**Prestaciones de Ley**: IMSS, vacaciones, prima vacacional, aguinaldo, vacaciones.Seguro de Vida + apoyo de defunción.Capacitación constante.Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.About JLL- We’re JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
