In this role you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.**This position reports to**:Financial Planning & Analysis Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Driving and facilitating financial planning processes and activities.- Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of financial planning activities.- Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives.- Aiding initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and improvement of processes and tools.- Facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community.- Organizing and delivering training on various tools and processes.- Review and analysis of P&L, backlog, balance sheet and list of expenses.- Financial analysis and gross margin.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Public Accountant, Administration, Finance, Economics or related career.- 3 years of experience in controlling or financial area.- Knowledge in reconciliations, account analysis, gross margin, preparation of reports and policies.- General accounting knowledge, financial statements, cash flow, inventories, reconciliations, account analysis, gross margin, preparation of reports and policies.- Knowledge in Advanced Excel.- Conversational English Level.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.**More about us**:
