Complete the annual external and internal audits of IATF16949.- External audits: coordinate activity with each department, follow up non-conformities and activities to the process.2. Internal audits: Develop internal audit plan, Training of internal auditors, Follow up activities (audits, reports and non-conformities with the auditors)3. Administration of the Quality Management System.- Maintenance Systematic documentation: Modification of documents with the respective areas in order to comply with the requirements of the customer and the standard.- Document Control:A) Establish, maintain, and improve the control document procedure.B) Constantly improve the functions of document control (including automation of code creation)4.
