Grow with us as a **Revenue Growth Management Executive **in **Kellogg.** You will be responsible of all RGM analytical tools focused on Non-Promo Price recommendations, Pricing Analytics, Market trends/SOM/Profitability & Price Execution Tracking.Also, this position covers all issues related to Pay for Performance Model that links knowledge and Analysis from Customer Marketing, Customer Development, Categories, Finance and Supply on how to reward both internal and external behaviors that add to our commercial targets at all levels.**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**In this role, you will be part of our success by:- Non-Promo Price Guidelines based on Price Curves analysis.- Pricing recommendations for portfolio additions. Working in constant collaboration with category finance teams.- Price Lists update support across categories as well as price increase exercises and adjustments as needed.- Commercial Insights: databases, studies, analysis, etc., according to Commercial Team needs (Customer development, categories, finance, revenue, I&A).- Revenue Site & Reports generation: tools continuously updates.- Deliver RGM capabilities Across commercial teams collaborating with the global learning and development team.- Pricing and market studies coordination, administration and analysis. Applicable findings and recommendations based on insights and analysis.**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:- Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, finance, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge- Demonstrated professional and academic success- +3 years of business experience within Consumer Goods Companies.- Experience in Finance & Commercial areas.- Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics and key customers.- Proven skills required: Financial & data analysis, fundamentals on negotiation and business acumen.
