Academic Coordinator

The Teacher Coordinator will be responsible for the school’s operation on a daily basis. All the staff in the center will report directly to him/her. The position’s main duties are:- To guarantee that all the teachers teach their lessons according to the Helen Doron methodology.- To motivate all the staff and help them grow professionally.- Planning and coordinating celebrations and special activities in the center.- Attend to parents and children’s needs.- Care for didactic materials and internal process.- Managing groups schedules and classrooms.The love for working with kids and people skills is a must in this job.
