The TM reports to Product Test Engineer Director and will work with design, development and NPI to support engineering test requirements during the new product introduction process with the vision to optimize production testing as well.Responsibilities of this position include supporting engineering test activities pertaining to the validation and characterization of new product designs and process changes. Additionally, the TM will work on development of new test capabilities as well as optimization of existing manufacturing and reliability testing through automation.**Responsibilities**:**Required Experience and Skills**:- BS in Electrical Engineering or Science with min 5 years of experience.**Desired Experience and Skills**:The following traits are highly valued:- Strong problem solving and innovative skills- Experience with automation of test systems and methodology- Knowledge of RF and Mixed Signal Test Instrumentation and methods- Background in lab testing including design and implementation of experiments- Strong product engineering support skills for test debug in lab and in production line- Understanding of wafer fabrication process is considered an asset- Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace._
