Phone Sales ExecutiveLocation: Cancún, Quintana RooAbout Us:We are a prestigious aesthetic clinic in Cancún, specializing in Botox treatments and other cutting-edge aesthetic procedures. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services in a professional and welcoming environment.**Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our aesthetic services.- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients, providing detailed information about our treatments.- Maintain and update the customer database in our CRM system.- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.**Requirements**:- Native English or equivalent proficiency (mandatory).- Previous experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector.- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Residency in Cancún or willingness to relocate.We Offer:- Base salary of $30,000 MXN per month.- Attractive commission structure based on performance.- Professional and dynamic work environment.- Growth and career development opportunities within the company.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Ubicación:- Cancún, QRoo.
