**Project Manager****Your task and Responsabilities**:- The Project Manager is responsible for the following main tasks: Delivers technical expertise for project implementation.- Contributes to project early phases: Business Case, Make or Buy decisions, Feasibility Assessment, etc.- Leads all design, engineering, and construction activities of an investment project from gate 1 to gate 5 (end of commissioning), according to Corporate Policy 11 and GS HC 300.- Realizes the technical scope regarding safety, compliance, quality, budget and schedule.- Provide technical input for project requirement specification (scope definition), project objectives and justification (FEL1) in collaboration with the VM Assures project functional specification with appropriate and most efficient technical solutions to achieve the defined scope.- Develops project execution strategy and project execution plan Ensures CapEx project staffing with focus on technical resources, and escalate jointly to Steering Committee (SC) if resource gaps could not be resolved.- Ensures alignment with other site/plant or business activities (e.g. shutdowns) and related Projects/Programs Steers and coordinate collaboration with external engineering and construction partners.- Ensures effectiveness of implemented project controls processes and tools (scheduling, cost controlling, progress tracking, document management and project/program reporting).- Develops and owns the cost estimation process.- Prepares the deliverables and coordinates project reviews, to safeguard the project maturity at each gate and define milestones, in collaboration with VM.- Ensures in collaboration with the VM, adherence to Bayer regulations and implement best practices such as lessons learned and benchmarks Organizes and facilitate HSE and GMP reviews.- Manages construction, commissioning, handover, and qualification/startup in cooperation with operation Compiles risk management concerning staffing/project and conducts lessons learned Manages changes, interfaces, communication, and stakeholders in cooperation with SC and VM Has accountability for cost controlling, scheduling, and progress tracking.- Conducts Value Improving Practices Manages document handling and security topics Key Deliverables: Investment cost estimate and milestone schedule for business case and gate reviews Technical input for Project Requirement Specification (scope definition), project objectives and justification Design criteria such as battery limits, class of facilities, materials of construction and as is situation Compilation of User Requirement Specification, GMP Risk Assessment and develops Functional Specification.- Ensures compliance with Site Masterplan and general layout criteria Project gate reviews Project Risk Management, Project organization, roles & responsibilities, resource planning, Project execution plan, sourcing and contracting strategy Project Deliverables**Who you are**:- Master or bachelor s degree in fields related to Engineering and Project Management.- 5 years of experience as Project Manager Leading Projects (CAPEX) 1m Certifications: Project Management Professional PMP (desirable)- Languages: English (Advanced / C1), Spanish fluent)- Data Integrity, Information Security and Computerized Sys**Período de aplicación**:- 5 al 19 de agosto**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Consumer Health**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Estado de Mexico : Toluca**Área funcional**:- Ingeniería y Tecnología**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.1**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
