Senior Transition Consultant

We create enterprise value by developing strong partnerships with our colleagues and building competitive advantages through innovation, standardization and scale-up, and productivity improvements.Your key responsibilities:- Lead and develop an extraordinary transition practice in CONEXTS, implementing and improving the Transition methodology and toolkit to handle the transition of new services into the Novartis Global Services Centers.- Run the in-bound and/out-bound transition activities on all strategic programs. Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions (e.g. HR). Conduct detailed transition planning in accordance with defined service go-live commitments.- Supervise and resolve issues, initiating corrective actions as appropriate to handle delays (if any). Identify, evaluate and manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines and costs.- Establish and handle relationships with customer business and project stakeholders. Manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project. Manage and empower the transition team for desired levels of performance and deliverable quality.- Ensure Transition deliverables are prepared based on the GATE methodology, with high level of quality, timeliness and within budget. Report transition progress at defined intervals to Management teams (client and Internal) for effective governance and timely issue resolution. Review and manage changes through the transition process (Both at process level and SOW)- Document and share project learning’s for continuous improvements**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements**- B.A degree in business, finance or economics- Further education in Change management, Project management, Facilitation /Coaching.- English proficiency- Experience (5 years) in managing multi-functional Transitions, Migrations & change Management with stakeholders- Experience in working in large / international companies- Strong communication, people management, customers management and leadership skills- Ability to ensure service focus across a sophisticated intensive and functionally-dispersed organization.
