Come have a seat at our table.**Meaningful Work From Day One**:Providing a secure workplace for employees and visitors by implementing risk management programs.- Leading logistics security programs to ensure compliance with company guidelines and C-TPAT requirements.- Protecting the company’s physical assets such as offices, production facilities, agave fields operations, products and warehouses.- Performing internal and external event security assessments to identify threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.- Managing the Executive Protection program to maintain the safety of senior executives.- Implementing appropriate travel safety measures to enhance international visitor's protection during the entire visit including ground transportation, hotel and agenda reviews.- Developing and implementing adequate security measures to support Home Place, Casa Herradura program.**What It’s Like to Work Here**:Participates in commercial and operations leadership groups to ensure that both commercial and operations strategies are considered an integral part of the security plans.- Participate in the workplace violence and kidnap & ransom threat management groups by maintaining policies, driving awareness through training and simulations and continually assessing threats and triaging/responding when necessary.- Develop, improve and distribute educational and awareness materials focused on workplace violence prevention, violence response plans, compliance education, and others.- Continue to enable global security department strategy by redefining and providing improvement, where necessary; communicate the strategy and objectives across the organization.- Analyze existing risk mitigation policies and security controls to develop and implement security operating procedures to ensure a consistent approach to protecting the company’s employees and assets.- Maintain a security framework that provides support to assets in low, medium and high-risk jurisdictions, including Brown-Forman sites, co-manufacturing partners, warehouses and event locations.- Work with the production plants and offices and field operations branches to evaluate the adequacy of their security systems, programs and staffing; recommend improvements; and assist with the implementation of the improvements, as needed.Develop and implement global executive protection policies and practices; ensure policy and practice fits with budgetary capacity and risk tolerances; and ensure policy stipulations are consistently applied.- Assess current travel safety programs to develop appropriate security measures to reduce traveler's exposure to criminal activities.- Oversee security for major Brown-Forman events; identify, analyze and manage threats to Brown-Forman personnel and assets; liaise with local law enforcement and event security; implement appropriate security mitigation plans; oversee the security of brand-influencer activity.- Develop and manage the implementation of effective cargo security loss control measures, such as technologies to track and monitor product transportation, cargo escorts and cargo risk management process.- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs C-TPAT regulations and oversee the implementation of the C-TPAT requirements at the company’s production facilities and warehouses to ensure compliance with the program’s standards and the continuation of the company’s C-TPAT certification.- Stay current with evolving security threats, including political and terrorist activities, and their potential impact on the company’s operations with a focus on Mexico, and lead the process to identify, develop and implement solutions to mitigate the threats.- Manage the investigation of significant security incidents, including the theft of company assets, threats to employees, unauthorized access to company property, etc. Ensure that all security incidents are properly managed at the Corporate and local levels.- Develop security specifications for all new production facilities and warehouses. Coordinate with co-manufacturers corporate engineering to ensure the proper installation of the security equipment.- Develop the security template for assessing the security systems of new warehouse and office sites, manage the security risk assessment process, identify any significant assessment deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.- Serve as the company’s liaison with local law enforcement, security officials of international companies and e
