 Overview:**D****Role**PMO Lead**Career Band**C1**Description**The role incument is responsible for complete end to end projectmanagement for the assigned project which includes project planning,delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing projectoperational parameters and people management. PM role can exist atoffshore and overseas.Span of 20 - 40 FTE (2-5 Project Leads)**Responsibilities**Works with the offshore Delivery Manager/ Program Manager toensure that all the delivery parameters ( (Bulge, Offshore Ratio, EffortUnder run etc) are in sync with the account planEnsures timely delivery in order to avoid the penalty payouts,adherance to project cashflow scheduleContributes to increased value to client, and wallet share to Wiprothrough deployment of domain experts, consultants & architectsRecords and manages project issues and escalation wherever necessaryHandles Change Request ProcessIdentifies, shares, highlights and escalates the risks captured inthe status reports shared on a periodic basisEnsures the required infrastructure is in place for team members,including physical, hardware, software, requirementsManages people processes, goal setting, feedback, career growth andengagementEvolves risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to workwithinternal supervision/guidance to manage internal and externalconflictsUnderstands the metrics that need to be traced, establishes signoffs, initiates C-SAT and acts on feedback**Certifications & Assessments**PMCP/ PMA**Knowledge****Must Have**:Understanding and appreciation of the relevant technology or group oftechnologiesConceptual awareness of core project management techniquesUnderstanding of estimation techniques, review mechanism, costShould be well versed with areas of quality management like qualityplanning,inspection and Quality controlUnderstanding of Customer Enagement Models, Financial parameters andDelivery & Ops parametersShould be well versed with areas of quality management like qualityplanning,inspection and control**Preferred:Business Domain understandingUnderstanding of the Industry & Competitive landscape**Experience****Must Have**:Experience of managing multiple project modules as a project LeadHandling TeamsShould have worked on proposals involving relevant areas of theprojectProcess documentation for L1, L2, L3 & L4 processesTotal relevant experience of 6+ years with atleast 18 months in therole of a Lead**Preferred**:Managed projects of reasonable size and complexity as a ProjectManager or Lead**Behavioral Skills & Attributes**Problem Solving & Decision MakingManaging ComplexityExecution ExcellenceStakeholder ManagementClient CentricityEffective CommunicationNurturing People**Possible Options at the end of a successful tenure**Role Incumbent can move vertically into Senior Project Manager andProgram Manager Roles
