Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Hibrido CDMX 3 - 4 días asistir a la semana con flexibilidad de horarios y días.Pago de nómina: Mensual• Coordinar proyectos de Banca digital: wallets, transacciones, onboarding digital, token, biometría, etc.• Atención y seguimiento a clientes de la industria financiera para reportar avances y manejo de situaciones críticas en las cuentas asignadas.• Hacer documentaciones funcionales y revisar acuerdos.• Rentabilizar el presupuesto.• Será el contacto directo con el equipo de desarrollo.• Realizará el seguimiento a las pruebas y supervisar las liberaciones de cada proyecto, deberá velar por el end to end del cliente.• Realizará el seguimiento y reportará avances a las áreas internas correspondientes de la compañía.• Es deseable conocimiento en Linux, Oracle, Sharepoint, metodología y administración de proyectos - Agile.5 años de experiencia en posiciones como Delivery Manager | Project Manager con capacidad para gestionar y realizar seguimiento de proyectos, solucionar problemas, analizar la información, armar planes de trabajo y coordinar equipos de forma indirecta. Capacidad de organización y administración del tiempo, iniciativa, muy buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales, excelentes habilidades de comunicación (Gerencias y Direcciones) y actitud de servicio al cliente. Especial foco en manejo de situaciones críticas y seguimiento al delivery comprometido con el cliente. . Experiencia indispensable en el end to end de multiproyectos de desarrollo de software para el sector bancario. Haber gestionado equipos mayores a 30 personas (multidiscilplinario: Developers, arquitectura, negocio, etc.).
