Senior Recruitment Specialist @ Tek Leaders Inc | Talent Acquisition Expertise Location: Guadalajara Mexico and or Remote Required Skills Should have strong experience supporting Java applications and troubleshooting Java-based systems/frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Experience with other technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, or scripting languages for automation. Experience with RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Min 5 year’s experience in technical or application support, with a focus on direct incident resolution and troubleshooting. Skilled in using observability and monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow) for system health tracking and diagnostics. Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and performance data to identify root causes. Familiarity with ticketing, incident management, and documentation systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernets and DevOps practices. Flexible and adaptable to weekend or after-hours support as needed. Job Duties: As an Senior Support Engineer you will provide advanced technical support to end-users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software and infrastructure issues. This position focuses on complex incident management, leveraging observability platforms, and supporting Java-based applications while collaborating closely with development, operations, and product teams to continuously enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
