Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role****Key Responsibilities**:As a Senior Software Engineer, you’llbe responsible for:- Working as part of a software development team to deliver tools to Carrier’s commercial HVAC sales force.- Producing clean, efficient code that meets software requirements.- Monitoring the performance of 1 to 2 software developers and quality assurance specialists contributing to the development effort. This includes code reviews and coaching.- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and debugging existing software.- Collaborating with a multi-location team to ensure the software performs according to requirements.- Contributing to the setup of general guidelines and standards for the development of software.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are efficient, effective and responsible. If this is you, get in touch.**As a minimum you must have**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study.- 4+ years of development experience- Proficient with front-end technologies including JavaScript, ReactJS, or AngularJS- Proficient with server-side technologies including C# or Java- Understanding of cloud-based design and architecture.
