Join us and let’s build the future.**Job Summary**:Plan and coordinate all phases of customer order processing from scheduling thru shipping to ensure on time delivery to customers with the mínimal inventory investment to improve cash flow and minimize past due backlog. Defining the supply chain replenishment systems to support our daily customer demand. Ensuring Raw Material warehouse fulfills daily production requirements.**Responsibilities**:1- Direct activities to ensure customer orders are planned to meet on time delivery 95% to MLT and 98% to CD.- 2- Maintain Past Due Backlog less than $98k AVG for Market Lead Time and Commit Date.- 3- Direct all facets of TJ Warehouse, Shipping to Customer, Kanban Replenishment inventory to the Distribution Centers and supporting production raw material requirements.- 4- Defining supply chain systems to provide purchasing signals to trigger purchase orders for our replenishment cycle.- 5- Develop action plans to reduce inventory levels forRaw, WIP, FG- 6- Maintain up to date the Kanban systems for Raw material and Finish Goods- 7- Maintain Manufacturing Lead Times up to date- 8- Achieve inventory turns (Raw, WIP, FG) as per KPI budget and inventory turns (FG) as per TTI budget.- 9- Must be able to comply with the company policies.- 10- Completes all other duties as assigned.**Required Skills and Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Logistics. APICS Certified in Production andInventory Management and or Supply Chain Professional- 5 years of material management experience- Use of MRP systems thru AS400platform preferred (BPCS)- Proven experience in Kanban Management Systems**Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.**Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
