You might be just what we’re looking forTop Growth Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for talented creatives to join our vibrant, remote digital marketing team**Your Responsibilities**:**Some of your tasks will include**:- Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends.- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.- Work with project managers and media buyers to make creatives that convert. (look at CTR, CPC and other data to make creative decisions)- You’re a player-coach who’s committed to inventive design for everything from brand campaigns to ad designs- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.- Drive continual improvement in our creative quality, thinking and capabilities.- Elevate the visual representation of our client’s brands through effective graphic design across all mediums.*****Requirements**:- Use of Canva and Photoshop. (other creative platforms is a plus)- Video editing is a plus, but not needed.- Strong English skills, to make the team/dream work.- Agency experience is a plus.- Ability to work independently, self-organize, and meet deadlines.- Ability to do your own research to understand project/client requirements.- Want to learn and grow.- **Please note** this position pays hourly. Plus 2x bonuses a year. Completely remote so open to all countries, but a high level of English is required as we work with all USA & CAN clients.**About Top Growth Marketing**:
