Are you a master of Canva, Invideo, and Photoshop? You might be just what we’re looking forTop Growth Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for talented creatives to join our vibrant, remote digital marketing team**Your Responsibilities**:**Some of your tasks will include**:- Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends.- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.- Work with project managers and media buyers to make creatives that convert. (look at CTR, CPC and other data to make creative decisions)- You’re a player-coach who’s committed to inventive design for everything from brand campaigns to ad designs- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.- Drive continual improvement in our creative quality, thinking and capabilities.- Elevate the visual representation of our client’s brands through effective graphic design across all mediums.*****Requirements**:- Use of Canva and Photoshop. (other creative platforms is a plus)- Video editing is a plus, but not needed.- Strong English skills, to make the team/dream work.- Agency experience is a plus.- Ability to work independently, self-organize, and meet deadlines.- Ability to do your own research to understand project/client requirements.- Want to learn and grow.- **Please note** this position pays hourly. Plus 2x bonuses a year. Completely remote so open to all countries, but a high level of English is required as we work with all USA & CAN clients.**About Top Growth Marketing**:
