Specializing in Accounting, Estimating, Marketing, and Human Resources, we empower businesses to thrive through innovative solutions, tailored strategies, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.**Job Summary**The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating material, labor, and equipment cost for commercial and/or residential projects.**Key Responsibilities**- Cost estimation: Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.- Takeoffs: Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs using Bluebeam and Planswift software.- Plan Analysis: Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and documentation to develop precise cost estimates.- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for cost calculations, data analysis, and to manage project budgets.- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of estimates.- Communication: Clearly communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, explaining cost estimates and clarifying any project specifications.- Construction Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, material cost, building codes, and construction methodologies, particularly in the US market.- Attention to details: Maintain a meticulous approach to ensure precision in all cost calculations, estimates, and project documentation.- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.**Qualifications**- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction estimator, specializing in material, labor, and equipment cost estimation for commercial and/or residential projects.- Software Proficiency: Advances proficiency in Bluebeam and Planswift for accurate takeoffs and scope development. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and cost calculations.- Plan Analysis: Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze constructions plans, specifications and documentation- Technical Skills: Expertise in preparing detailed material and labor takeoffs, understanding construction processes, materials, and building codes.- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction market in the United States, especially in Arizona, California, and New Mexico, including trends, subcontractor/vendor networks and material costs.**Skills**- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.- The ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.**Remote Work Requirements**:- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.**Education**- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field (preferred).Pay: $24,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
