Our innovative vision and passion for creativity drives our work from the vibrant heart of Mexico City. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creative Manager. The Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content for social media platforms, as well as overseeing content for advertisements, promotional materials, and publications. The Content Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, analyzing data to inform content decisions, ensuring all content meets brand standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Expertise in content creation for social media platforms Experience with content management systems and web analytics Excellent writing and editing skills Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other graphic design software Degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize content performance Experience in creating creatives content proposals as videos, graphics, and interactive elements. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments Proven track record of developing successful content campaigns and driving engagement on social media platforms
