So far, over 5,000 students have chosen TripleTen, and hundreds of new students are joining us each month.We believe everyone can jumpstart a new career, which is why we produce quality educational content and offer intensive courses in tech complete with full access to an interactive platform, code reviews, and support from industry practitioners.**Requirements**:**Expected professional background**:- ** Proficient Spanish is a must;**:- ** Upper-intermediate (B2+) level of English;**:- Experience in telemarketing sales (at least 1 year);- Experience in working with CRM and sales scripts;- Experience as a Quality Control specialist is an advantage.**Expected soft skills**:- Attention to details;- Time management skills;- Written communication skills;- Readiness to complete the same tasks day by day maintaining efficiency.What you will do:As a part of the Sales Team you will be playing an important role to help us achieve the targets. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Sales and be responsible for ensuring that the procedures implemented in the Sales Team are followed by the agents on a daily basis.**What exactly you will do**:- Listen to calls and read written communication of sales agents with customers;- Assess the calls and written communication using a checklist. Input the results in a spreadsheet;- Verify that the agents follow the regulation of contacting leads and process the lead according to company standards;- Provide a written feedback to the calls written communications you have assessed.What we can offer you:- Flexible 20 hours per week schedule (can be combined with a full-time job);- 300 USD Gross per month.
