Investigar y solucionar incidentes y problemas relacionados con la infraestructura.- Mantenimiento preventivo: Realizar actualizaciones, parches y configuraciones de seguridad en servidores y sistemas operativos para garantizar la estabilidad y la protección contra amenazas.- Gestión de la red: Configurar y administrar dispositivos de red, como routers, switches y firewalls. Mantener la conectividad y la seguridad de la red.- Respaldo y recuperación de datos: Implementar y mantener estrategias de respaldo para garantizar la integridad y disponibilidad de los datos en caso de fallos o desastres.- Colaboración interdepartamental: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, seguridad y otros departamentos para garantizar la integración fluida de la infraestructura con otras soluciones tecnológicas.- Evaluación de tecnologías: Investigar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y el rendimiento de la infraestructura.- Seguridad de la infraestructura: Implementar y mantener medidas de seguridad para proteger la infraestructura contra amenazas cibernéticas y vulnerabilidades.- Documentación: Mantener una documentación precisa y actualizada de la configuración de la infraestructura, los procedimientos de mantenimiento y las soluciones implementadas.- Capacitación y soporte: Brindar capacitación y soporte técnico a los usuarios y al personal interno en relación con la infraestructura tecnológica.**Requisitos y calificaciones**- Conocimiento profundo de sistemas operativos, redes y componentes de infraestructura.- Habilidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente.- Familiaridad con herramientas de monitorización y gestión de la infraestructura.- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad cibernética.- Habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios.- Certificaciones relevantes en infraestructura y seguridad (como CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA, entre otras) pueden ser beneficiosas.- Inglés avanzado¿Buscas un lugar donde tus ideas brillen?Con más de 38 años y una presencia global, en Stefanini transformamos el mañana juntos.
