Job Description- Performance of the raw materials warehouse and distribution management teams at each site.- Implement best practices through MasterBrand Lean practices including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, problem solving, A3 action planning and standard work.- Drive best in class raw materials warehouse and distribution management processes to create a more flexible supply chain that improves cost, space utilization, customer service, optimizes manufacturing/ distribution resources and decreases overall lead time.- Manage/coordinate the planning and implementation of multiple projects relating to materials, distribution, capacity planning, layout, process mapping, methods engineering, economic analysis- Collaborates- Communicates Effectively- Manages Complexity- Decision Quality- Drive vision and purpose- Instills Trust- Develops Talent- Plans and Aligns**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management- Minimum of 5 years management experience in warehousing or distribution- Lean certification or equivalent experience- Experience with warehouse management systems- Expertise with Excel
