We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will reports to Sr Manager in Data analytics team.The focus of Senior Analyst will be eliminating fire drills and repetitive nonvalue added data mining and creating managerialDashboards that enable quick decision making.This individual will play an important role in transformation of financials analytics, leveraging existing business intelligence tools and data warehousing. This position will require a creative problem solver who builds tools to consolidate, analyze and drive strategic decisions.**What will you do?**The Business Intelligence Analyst collects and coordinates business requirements for analytical reporting.Monitors the performance of reports and dashboards, completes data validations, resolves data integrity issues and develop/enhance processes simplification.Ensures the most effective usage of BI data and Process Automation.**How will you do it?**- Evaluates alternate solutions and design processes and systems which includes user impact considerations, benefit analysis, and processing specifications.- Drive efficiencies by elimination of repetitive data mining and improve accessibility of detailed financial data. Recommend improvements where applicable.- Build, develop and maintain data models, automated reports, and dashboards that align with business performance metrics.- Uses current knowledge of business and technology to identify and drive process improvement to increase efficiency.- Participates in the analysis of root causes and focuses on creating permanent solutions.- Participates in design sessions, contributing to the overall design.- Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates.**What we look for?**- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university- Fluent English & strong communication skills- 5+ years of information systems experience performing Business Analysis related work- 2+ years of IT experience supporting Finance/Commercial/Operative functional areas- Mid-Advanced SQL experience with ability to build complex SQL queries to prepare & blend data.- Experience using Business Intelligence tools such a Power BI, Power Apps & Azure.- Strong presentation and interpersonal Skills- Experience connecting directly to multiple databases to extracts, prep and blend large datasets- Problem-solving skills - ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple IT and user groups- Proven ability to critically think and creatively problem solve.- Must have experience working on projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business- Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point,**Tools:- Strong knowledge skills of MS SQL, Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, Knowledge of R, Python, DAX, JavaScript, Power BI,Tableau, Azure,.NETExperience with different ERPS & OneStream is a plus
