SAP Security Advisor

**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a SAP Security Advisor to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**POSITION SCOPE**:- Working under the direction of the SAP Security Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining SAP security data, roles and profiles based on GPI's security and SOX compliance needs, in close partnership with business customers, to improve integrity of the system. The SAP Security Analyst will partner with the Business Teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP environment. The analyst will work to achieve audit compliance and will provide input to all SAP Security related policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices. The analyst will also be responsible for coordinating continued deployment of ongoing projects and implementations to ensure compliance with security methodology and design requirements.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:five to eight key responsibilities/activities for which the position is accountable:- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP security incidents and SAP provisioning issues.- Execute SAP provisioning requests.- Scope and collect SAP security requirements for business improvement projects.- Develop SAP security solutions to support business needs and GPI's financial control environment.- Maintain existing SAP users, security roles and GRC processes.- Provide training and documentation for SAP security and GRC processes.- Provide support for SAP Security and other IT projects- Lead small projects and key project tasks on large projects- Work with internal and external auditors to provide information and ensure audit compliance**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**:List minimum level of education, special training, certifications, or technical skills/experience required for this position.General Knowledge & Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner- Ability to work well under pressure- Ability to work in a team environmentTechnical Knowledge & Skills:- 6+ years' experience with SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration- 3+ years' experience with SAP GRC 10.x or higher- Experience with SAP authorizations in ECC, APO, BI/BW, CRM, SCEM and Central Finance- Experience with SAP authorizations in HCM (Payroll, Time, OM/PA, and Employee Central) with an understanding of SAP HR process- Experience with SAP authorizations in SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Data Services and SAP Business Objects- General knowledge of business processes within Finance, Sales, MM/IM is a plus- Experience with core business processes including: Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay, and Financial Close business process scenarios a plus- Strong understanding of authorization concept, incl. SU24 and SU25 maintenance- Experience with Organizational Level creations and maintenance- Proven experience with analyzing and resolving complex authorization problems utilizing SAP standard tools- Proven ability to self-manage and work with mínimal supervision- Ability to introduce industry relevant best practices and act as trusted advisor regarding enterprise value improvement opportunities- Strong understanding of Structural Profiles- Understanding of latest tools and technologies, including Identity Management, Mobile solutions, and Cloud solutionEducation & Professional Credentials:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)**POSITION COMPETENCIES**:List key competencies for the position.
