_This is a _**HOME OFFICE**_ _position, equipment will be required to apply._Job Summary:As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service.**Responsibilities**:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and store policies.- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming to achieve a positive resolution for both the customer and the store.- Process sales transactions accurately.- Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Handle and process customer online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.- Proven experience in a customer service role.- Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.Equipment Requirements:- 8 gb Ram Memory- 2.0+ GHZ Processor Speed- 30mbps+ (Speed Test screenshot will be required)- Webcam- Window 10 or 11Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $16,500.00 al mesHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con equipo propio para trabajar desde casa?Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
