**What are your contributions to the team?**:- Participate, validate and improve mechanisms to ensure product and process conformity, in accordance with established standards and regulations.- Execute departmental project activities for business unit improvement.- Work collaboratively with the natural teams to ensure that the requirements of the Quality management system are met.- Work collaboratively with natural teams on customer impact priorities.- Comply with and promote adherence to internal work rules.- Assist with activities related to the quality profile within the process certification.- Product Delivery Process: Create and certify delivery documentation and product as well as interface with the customer and generate the ATS process.- Non-Conformance Reporting: Assist/support Andon, review Engineering requirements preliminary to investigations, create non-conformance reports, liaise with involved areas, approve disposition at appropriate stage for Quality MRB role, Manage non-conformance reporting according to requirements, ensure material is segregated.- First Article Reporting: Review of Product according to Engineering requirements, record the infromation of the product and ensure that the material is segregated.- First Article Reporting: Review Product according to Engineering requirements, record appropriate information to support KC/CIP FAI requirements, add records, C of C, etc; verify FAI Approve/Reject requirements, generate and provide feedback of Approve/Reject information according to appropriate function, certify FAI report, Generate FAI Indicators.- Inspection and Verification: Review product structure by planned methods; verify and certify product according to Engineering and QAPI 3.8.7.9 Inspection System requirements; audit Production Verification “PV”, carry out inspection plans.- Customer inquiries and complaints (internal and external):- Compliance Process**How to thrive in this role?**:- Knowledge of the quality system Knowledge and experience in assembly and manufacturing and processes- Focus on customer service- People skills- Your problem is my problem / Teamwork (Communication between teams and proper approach to other teams, win-win)- Respect- “I can do it” attitude- Risk management- Process oriented and result oriented- Quality Management System, AS9102- Knowledge of measuring equipment for electrical, composite and/or structural assembly.- Basic knowledge of Windows- Ability to interpret drawings- Graduate degree in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Management.
