We are an innovative product development partner whose solutions drive rapid revenue, market share, and customer growth for industry leaders in Software and SaaS, Media and Publishing, Information Services, and Retail.**Responsibilities**:- Go over and above to provide superb customer service to all constituents that walk through our doors- You keep the entire office neat and tidy and go out of your way to ensure that it is a comfortable, professional looking space that promotes creativity. You own the environment and encourage others to make sure they are doing their part in the upkeep.- Execute special programs designed to build strong relationships and rapport with the market (client council, new year’s message, executive sponsor program) and our employees (Overseas Travel, Traveling Employee Visits).- You do the little things to make both our employees and guests feel welcome and well taken care of. While you don’t formally support others, you promptly and happily say yes to any reasonable request that you can quickly deliver.- Transform our office experience into a Wow experience, be creative and come up with small ways to put a smile on someone’s face (walk around with a wine cart on a whim, throw a baby shower, order cakes for celebrations, etc)- Own the onboarding experience for Talent Services, you will be sure new joinee has a place to sit and are welcomed with their onboarding gift at their desk, you will give the TS onboarding presentation- Make all employees feel important, valued and respected- Own the benefits 3PG offers our employees through Talent Services.- Manage travel process for all your local employees- Goes above and beyond throughout the travel process to make it a wow experience (creating personalized agendas, setting up activities while they visit, welcoming with a gift when necessary)**Office Management**:- In charge of entry to the office for Team Members and guests.- Answer phones and greet guests.- Provide front desk concierge services for Team Members and guests.- Manage mail and packages both in and out of the office. (Create shipping labels and track shipments)- Assist with group catering and ordering.- Manage all food and drink vendors.- Submit Facility Tickets (Repair/Cleaning).- Manage all office related vendors.- Organization of supply room and kitchen (ordering and restocking)- Manage conference rooms and ensure they are clean and restocked**Administrative/Receptionist**:- Answer phones and greet guests, manage the front desk- You ensure that employees are provided appropriate administrative support- Purchases and PO’s process**Events**:- Contribute to the Great Place to Work initiative- Leads local events from start to finish- Coordinate and act as the primary host/hostess for special events- Coordinate and act as principal owner for welcome kits for our new team members- Organize, coordinate internal travel, events or customer visits to ensure a tailored experience (i.e. a person is coming over, coordinate happy hours, dinners, spare time outings, etc.)- Find / support on agreements with companies that may offer benefits/discounts for employees- All activities for engagement with team members: creation, administration and improvement of it.**BENEFITS**:- 100% Hiring Model- 26 days of Christmas bonus- 22 days off per year starting from day one.- Food coupons- Major medical insurance- Savings box (optional)- Life insurance (optional)- Vacation bonus above law- Law benefits: IMSS, Afore, Infonavit.- Internal Trainings- Support with external trainings and certificationsLI-DF1**APPLY NOW
