**Required professional degree**Industrial engineer preferred, with option to Electronic or Mechatronic.5+ experience as Project engineer coordinator.Willing for travelUS Visa and Mexican Passport is requiredDriver Licence**Role and Responsibilities**- Establish project objectives.- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and supervise all tasks.- Establish the schedule of the project phases.- Orient and assign the responsibilities that each member of the team must complete.- Verify that the required codes, practices, regulations, and specifications are complied with.- To create study the risks and generate actions to minimize or eliminate them.- Promote job security.- Daily documentation of the project progress.- Make sure that the established deadlines are met.- Control costs, respecting the budget agreed with the client or the company.- Coordinate work teams, which could be integrated by external and internal professionals, from different areas of competence.- Motivate team members to complete the assigned task.- Perform calculations, simulations and evaluations required to ensure the operation of the project.- Choose the appropriate materials for the project and establish the quantities that will be required for its correct execution.- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations about the project, for both (internal and external) use.**Preferred Skills**- High level of organization and leadership.- Decision maker.- Analysis and improvement of processes.- Project management and documentation.- High Responsibility degree.- Manufacturing methods and processes knowledge- Fluent English level is a must- Management of software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Minitab, SAP, AutoCAD, among others.- Time management skills.- Data driven- Work proactively- Strong team work skills*Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidad- Bono mensualTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horas
