At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.- The _Lead, EA SPORTS FC Franchis_e_ Activation - LATAM _will develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations for EA SPORTS FC in Latin America, partnering with the biggest football leagues/clubs in the region to achieve our brand and business objectives.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America for the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products (HD, Mobile, and more).-- Activate contractual rights with local football partners to service our global campaign and local business needs.-- Create award-winning marketing activations that connect with fans in LATAM and deliver against campaign and commercial objectives. Manage and allocate the annual FC activation budget for Latin America.**Qualifications**:- Deep knowledge and understanding of football culture in Latin American, specifically Mexico and South America.-- Experience developing and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America, ideally for a leading sports brand or organization.-- Experience partnering with football leagues and/or clubs to deliver marketing activations.-- Knowledge of EA SPORTS FC’s brand and portfolio of products-- Demonstrated experience in market and consumer analysis with a track record of leveraging insights to inform marketing plans.-- Experience managing activations with athletes, influencers, clubs, and agencies.-- Proven track record of effectively working both independently and cross-functionally within globally matrixed organizations, driving alignment and outcomes with internal business partners and teams.**_About Electronic Arts_**We’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
