**DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL**Estamos buscando profesionales experimentados en gestión de construcción para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir en proyectos dentro de los Estados Unidos.**Requisitos**:- Ser Ciudadano Mexicano- Título profesional o técnico en ingeniería industrial o civil- Cédula profesional- Inglés intermedio o avanzado- Experiência mínima de 2 años**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**- Supervisar y gestionar proyectos de construcción desde el inicio hasta la finalización, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.- Coordinar y colaborar con las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluyendo arquitectos, ingenieros, contratistas y autoridades reguladoras.- Desarrollar y gestionar cronogramas de proyecto, asignando recursos de manera efectiva y optimizando la eficiencia del proyecto.- Supervisar el progreso de la construcción, identificando y abordando cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante el proceso.- Implementar y hacer cumplir protocolos de seguridad para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.- Proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas a las partes interesadas del proyecto sobre el progreso, desafíos y hitos alcanzados.- Gestionar presupuestos de proyecto, gastos y adquisición de materiales y equipos.- Liderar y orientar a los equipos de proyecto, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y productivo.**UBICACIÓN**Lincoln, Nebraska, y otras ubicaciones dentro de Estados Unidos.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $68,473.60 - $85,592.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Estás dispuesto a reubicarte en otro país?.
