We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.**Job Description**:We are about to implement a new system to execute all procurement activities using Basware solution, we are almost ready to use the tool for all IKANO organizations and need some support to configure the system for all company Users.You will be assisting procurement area for p2p solution implementation setting e-catalogs and testing basware system to fine tunning the solution prior go live.Your main responsibilities will be:- Support in project implementation and process documentation for P2P- Support databases clean up and data migration from legacy to new system- Support finance and procurement on:- E-catalog creation for all departments- E2E basware trials- System configuration- System fine tuning after p2p go live.**Qualifications**:To execute this **_TEMPORARY_** Assignment you should have the following set of skills:- Have a finance accounting or administrative Bachelor degree- Some experience on procurement areas using ecatalog or implementing P2P process- Some experience on accounting activities and interfactura systemsUnderstanding of Purchase to pay cycleAdditional Information
