We are honored to be recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the Top 10 companies to work for in Mexico, offering a highly flexible work environment, impactful Agile projects, a results-oriented culture, extensive training opportunities, and robust career development support.Join us in this exciting journey where you will collaborate with a world-class team in different sectors to build a comprehensive solution, working closely with diverse teams.**Responsibilities**:Integration Delivery Coordinator (End User Devices)Manage the full development life-cycle of a team in distributed environmentCommunicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the project team.Partner with the product, developers and engineering lead(s) to ensure the teams roadmap and backlog priorities are maintained to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockersMeet frequently with product, engineering and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needsManage changes with product manager(s) and engineering leadsMonitor the teams development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockersCollaborate with product manager(s), developers and engineering teams to ensure epics and user stories are clearly defined and properly phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionalityLead communication and solution delivery with cross-functional operating teamsCommunicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teamsManage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholdersWork with the engineering and product leadership teams to ensure they are fully engaged in strategic and tactical planning decisions.Lead and facilitate meetings. Using dynamic and creative ways to preserve people's engagement during virtual meetings.Proactively resolves team impediments, identify any risk and develops an action plan.Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functional skillset.**Skills**:Must haveBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project coordination or management experience, preferably in an IT setting.Integration Delivery Coordinator (End User Devices) experienceExperience and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management tracking software.5+ years of experience leading development teams as project manager3+ years of experience as BA and/or POCertification from recognized Agile organization, any methodology is welcomed (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, Less, Lean, PMI-ACP)Outstanding communication skills.Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization.Use of different digital platforms to facilitate meetingsGoal-oriented and a strong sense of autonomy.An excellent attitude, with a flexible mindset.A creative and innovative approach to solving issues and challenges.Proficiency in the use of Atlassian collaboration tools (other collaboration tools are welcomed).Identifies when there is a gap and immediately ask for help.Nice to haveAble to use SQL is a plus.Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.**Other**:LanguagesSpanish: C1 Advanced,English: C1 AdvancedSeniorityRegularRemote Mexico, MexicoReq.
