Job Summary Join Oceans Code Experts as a FullStack Engineer and dive into technically challenging, high-impact projects using React, Node.js, and Next.js. Be part of a collaborative team that thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and building scalable solutions in a fully remote environment. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js. Build high-performance user interfaces and scalable backend services. Implement server-side rendering and full stack features using Next.js. Influence product architecture and contribute to strategic technical decisions. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement. Collaborate in cross-functional teams and participate actively in sprint planning, standups, and review meetings. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 5+ years of experience as a Senior Full stack Developer (React, Node, Next.JS) Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial) Build high-performance user interfaces using React. Develop scalable backend services with Node.js. Implement server-side rendering and full stack applications using Next.js. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Nice to have Experience with performance optimization and scalable architecture. Experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments. Knowledge of PHP Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
