In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensures tax compliance for US GAAP purposes Ensures tax compliance for MX GAAP purposes Prepares federal and local tax returns submission on time Prepares annual transfer pricing analysis Coordinates annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion with HR team Coordinates annual tax audit opinion together with finance team Attends tax, social security and local reviews Reports tax matters to corporate according to Emerson's policies and procedures Ensures proper tax accounting and reconciliation Ensures compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to entities assigned) Prepares VAT refund request for assigned entities Prepares monthly and quarterly reports Who You Are: Communicates effectively Collaborates Results oriented Plans and aligns Attention to detail For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experienced as Tax Analyst Senior in international entities for at least 3 years Intermediate English level Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: USGAAP and MEXGAAP tax calculation/provision Tax and finance audit participation Experience in transfer pricing support VAT returns and requirements attendance Deferred taxes Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
