We are looking for a Customer Service RepresentativeVacancy to work 100% face-to-face in Mexico City, Miguel Hidalgo (Por el Hospital Español).A video surveillance company is looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and organized Sales Customer Service.Objective: Achieve customer satisfaction with the best level of service in its class and act as competently as possible in terms of logistics.**Requirements**:- Fluent English (oral and written) ESSENTIAL- 2 years of experience in a similar position- A high level of attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of shipping logistics rules.- Desirable experience with purchase order processing and shipment tracking software.- Ability to identify and solve problems and complex situations related to purchase orders, returns and guarantees.- Ability to keep a detailed record of purchase orders and follow the progress of each order until delivery.- Bachelor's degree or degree.- Demonstrated experience in customer service or experience as a customer service representative.Job responsibilities:- Be responsible for the operational management of orders (from receipt to invoice).- Receive the PO- Confirm of received.- Give order status to customers, as well as shipping information.- Bill shipping.- Verify the availability of the products when requested- Manage all claims and logistic inquiries that customers generate- Support in the credit and debit notes, be aware of the client and the finance area in terms of follow-up, the hard treatment must be done by Management and / or DAM.- Send to each client the status of their orders on a weekly basis.- Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders and delivery logistics, including tracking information and customer contact details.We Offer:- Salary: USD $1,500 gross per month- Benefits of law- Vacation bonus 50%- Christmas bonus 15 days- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pmIf you meet the profile, send your CV and we will contact you
