**Job Title**:Fleet Manager**Position Purpose**Is responsible for developing, creating, implementing and updating programs, polices and procedures to maximize fleet efficiency. Responsible for awareness, communication, and tracking of maintenance programs. Collects and analyses vehicle utilization data to develop appropriate communication and training plans in coordination with Store Ops to eliminate inefficiencies. Determines size of fleet required in coordination with departments that require them, manages fleet cost and expense. Negotiates and maintains relationship with third party vehicle, maintenance, and other fleet services providers.**Primary Accountabilities**:- Develop fleet and train all those involved in the process of using the fleet to deliver the WoW customer service while maximizing efficiency and creating, implementing and observing the best business practices to reduce our expenses.- Follow up with the car dealerships of purchase orders placed uniades new according to our plan of expansion, manage and authorize services for these units are kept in excellent condition.- Manage the vehicle life cycle from purchase to disposal to maximize the return of investment. Create and maintain statistical repair and maintenance data for analysis in decision making. Communicating the results to the director of area.- Create and support fleet tactics and objectives through appropriate interaction with the department of loss prevention, job security, Commercial, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, and Store Operations and others as required.- Develop, lead, and communicate fleet management practices for continuous improvement, focusing on the efficiency of our current processes and procedures such as invoice processing, Manual of vehicles and antodoping review.- Administration of fuel for vehicles of the company, creating statistics from consumption with strategys to reduce it.- Monitoring and support to resolve claims that are present in the company, always looking for the units are in the optimum conditions.- Proactively optimize fleet needs to drive customer satisfaction and meet commitments for each area.- Fleet administration through telemetry to prevent and reduce collisions, fuel expenses, reduce time delivery to our customers and implement best practices national wide.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Logistics, Engineering, Business, Automotive TechnologyYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Proven successful managementSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong use of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft ExcelOther / Preferred: Third party negogiations, Retailing operations exsposure, Fleet Management
