TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.**What your background should look like**:**Funciones-Responsabilidades**- Conocimiento en proceso de embarques, revisión de deliveries en proceso.- Conocimiento de proceso de aduanas para embarques a cliente.- Conocimiento en recibos de materia prima, así como recibos de finish good y sub ensambles.- Amplio conocimiento del sistema SAP (T codes) para realizar actividades tales Shipments, end of day, DO, WO pick, PO receipt.- Participar en la implementación y desarrollo de los sistemas de gestión, certificaciones y/o programas de la empresa.- Dar seguimiento a los procedimientos del departamento de embarques, recibos, almacen.- Realizar cualquier otra actividad requerida por su supervisor o gerente.**Competencies**:- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- Building Effective Teams- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
