RETAIL MANAGER / GERENTE COMERCIAL- Sueldo base de $20,000 libres- Prestaciones de Ley- Tiempo Completo: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm- Comisiones: 5% Sobre ventas antes de IVA a partir de los $100,000 pesos de venta antes de IVA (Acumulables Mensualmente).REQUISITOS PROFESIONALES- Experiência trabajando en ventas autoservicios, cadenas farmacéuticas, distribuidores, etc.- Manejo de Excel avanzado- Habilidad de Negociación y Ventas.- Habilidad con los números- Ingles al 80%- Carrera terminadaBoldest Brands es holding company enfocado en crear, invertir o comprar marcas de consumo en el sector de Food & Beverage y FoodTech.Se esta buscando a alguien que lidere el departamento comercial RETAIL, lo que incluye buscar, Diseñar, organizar y ejecutar la estrategia adecuada para las marcas del portafolio en diferentes canales de Retail para cada línea de productos.Si tienes experiência y ganas de empujar el área de Ventas por canal Tradicional aplica y crece con nosotrosActividades Clave- Elaboración de un Benchmark para identificar los SKUs correctos para cada canal.- Diseñar estrategias de venta.- Crear Relaciones comerciales con clientes.- Elaborar proyecciones de ventas con accuracy del +-5% por canal.- Realizar negociaciones de venta con clientes.- Dar seguimiento a las ordenes de compra de los clientes. (Fill Rate del +95%).- Elaborar estrategias para Sell Out: Marketing, Redes Sociales, Promociones en tienda, descuentos, cuponeras, expos, etc.- Desarrollar el área de promotoría.- Encontrar áreas de oportunidad.
