Global company focus in providing ONE-STOP automated solution for various industries is looking for a Program Engineer. This position responsibility to manage relevant projects focus on delivering intelligent solutions to transform traditional manufacturing into smart manufacturing.**Responsibilities**- Manage capital projects to ensure on-time and in-budget completion- Prepare, coordinate and execute the Masterplan- Lead the team to success the SAT- Maintain archived records and documentation- Provide, verify, measure, and revise drawings- Recommend compliance resolutions to management- Work with development teams across the organization to plan, implement, and track end-to-end automation activities- Functions as a leading member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices- Contributes to decisions about tools, methods and approaches for projects automation activities- Ensures engineering team delivers a quality product that meets the defined Acceptance Criteria- Act as liaison between the clients and local team**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Systems, Mechatronic, Mechanical, etc.- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position- 3 - 4 years’ experience in Project Management for automation projects- English language at least 80%- Project Management skills- Knowledge in automation- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Collaboration & Communication skills- Leadership skills**Additional information**- 25 K to 50 K gross monthly according to experience, plus additional benefits (Saving fund, major medical expense, food vouchers, annual bonus)- Workplace: Guadalajara, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, or remote work.- Work schedule: Monday to FridayTravel time is 70-85% based on projectTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono trimestralPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência en proyectos relacionados a la ingeniería/instalación de celdas de producción automatizadas y/o automatización en general?
