At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities****Catman Decision Viewer****Main Purpose**PMF role has the purpose to enable granular and critical business insights across channels, customers, regions and also at a store-sku level. Create and develop statistical Forecasting Models and its corresponding automation through specialized tools (RSI) that ensure Catman team’s adoption into each customer needs.Establish the optimal Advanced Analytics Process starting from data preparation up to Model deployment and results.This position coordinates internal PMF Catman forums (Business Reviews with BU, Regions and Channel leaders) to deliver recommended actions, based on previously identified opportunities, trends and forecasts (prescpriptive analytics).Rensponsible for confidential agreements compliance, avoiding any information leakage outside Catman management processes.Ensure efficient budget managent and tracking (A&M, S&D and T&E).**Accountabilities**- Establish the optimal Advanced Analytics Process for Catman team accross 5 main stages:- Data Warehousing: Integrate Category captaincies sell out information from each customer (Supermarkets, Proximity and WHLs) including market sales by channel. Applicable to Large Formats and Small Formats sell in through Biscuits, Salty Snacks, N&S, Hot Cereal and Cereal bar categories.- Data Preparation: coordinate integration process after data reception, segmentation, validation and uploading into our Catman Decision Viewer (data lake system).- Statistical Forecasting Model development and testing, according to each business question to be solved across BUs and customers.- Model Deployment. After model testing, standardize statistical models available for general problem solving through specialized tools (RSI / PBI) that facilitate prescriptive analysis. Enabling Catman team’s adoption into each customer.- Automation: generate dashboards, scorecards that facilitate decision for Catman executives.- Presenting and coordinationg monthly category results and prescriptive analytics to Catman Director and Managers.- Presenting and coordinating Quarterly Channel results and actions recommended to OT and WHLs commercial teams and leaders.- Presenting and coordinating Quarterly BU results and Forward Lookings to MKT teams and BU leaders.- Execute Catman E2E advisory process aiming to create and mantain the right forums to discuss analysis, forecasts and present hypothesis and conclusions based on business questions.- Ensure continuous improvement of different tools and scorecards with the objective of having friendly report system to monitor easily market variables.- Manage and track Category Development team A&M, S&D and T&E annual budget spendings.- Coordinate RSI agency to ensure data processing and validation, to have 100% accuracy of sales.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Qualifications**- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months**Education/Requirements**- Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Data Science- Robust analytical Thinking, Problem solving skills.
