Monterrey, Nuevo León**Job ID** **Job Category** Human Resources**About this role**In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the Americas region.**Responsibilities**- Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals.- Provide support to Human Resource Operations team and business units with admin transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.- Ensure data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.- Update and analyze work process design and flow for policies and procedures.- Provide policy interpretation recommendations.- Serve as an employee and customer advocate.- Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs.- Responsible for achieving internally-set quality standards, identified goals and metrics and overall targets are met and/or exceeded.**Requirements**:- University Degree.- 1 year of experience in HR or customer service.- Advanced English (Conversational).- Provide superior customer service, accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals.- Experience in customer service in the United States.- Resolve inquiries through ServiceNow case management system, via telephony system, and Workday, striving for first contact resolution.- Human resources knowledge base to provide consistent customer service.- Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency.- Microsoft Office (Excel).**Skills**:Customer service**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
