As a Senior Project Associate at ICON, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes.What You Will Be Doing:- Supporting the development and execution of project plans, focusing on administrative and operational tasks.- Assisting in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations and communication.- Providing guidance and support to junior associates, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.- Contributing to the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project support strategies.- Participating in project planning and decision-making processes, ensuring the integrity and transparency of project support activities.Your Profile:- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.- Significant experience in project management and support, with a proven track record of assisting successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with excellent attention to detail.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.LI-HybridLI-AR2Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
