We truly believe this is an excellent opportunity to improve your career path and help us keep growing as a top-notch logistics provider.**Work Shift: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m****Responsibilities**:- **Develop Quality Control Procedures**:Create and implement specific quality control procedures for logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.- **Conduct Quality Audits**:Perform regular quality audits of logistics operations and vendor facilities to ensure adherence to established quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- **Analyze Operational Data**:Use AWS tools to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores, generating actionable insights.- **Lead Corrective Action Plans**:Oversee the development and execution of corrective action plans for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of outcomes.- **Implement Training Programs**:Design and deliver training sessions for staff on quality control processes, AWS tools, and regulatory compliance to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills**.**:- **Manage Customer Complaints**:Analyze and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues, tracking trends and working cross-functionally to implement improvements.- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure quality objectives are met, participating in regular meetings to align on goals and progress.**Requirements**:- **Fluent english is a must**:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
