And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:The Manufacturing Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, and manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.In this role you will:- Assesses cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce cost and improve efficiency.- Supervises process operations, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards.- Supervises manufacturing services, order processing, coordinates order and engineering changes.- Leads the evaluation and execution of Capital Plan, capacity expansion, NPI´s, equipment renovations.- Prepares and implements the budget for tooling, equipment, services, etc.- Partner with local and remote teams of planning, quality, design, operational excellence, etc.Desired Qualifications:- Understanding Engineer-to-Order manufacturing process.- Thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.- Excellent organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.- Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills.- Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.- Minimum 3+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar experience.LI-AM1
