Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.**IT Procurement Specialist****Job in a nutshell**:In this role, you will manage IT-related purchases, quotations, service payments, and inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and administration of accessories, phone lines, and IT equipment.**What will you be doing**:- Handle quotations, IT-related purchases, and service payments.- Manage accessory purchases, create Purchase Requisitions, track POs and purchases, and oversee invoice management in SAP (4Hanna and R8).- Review and manage WorkCircles for service receipt through invoices and payment follow-up.- Administer Telcel ABC phone lines (activations, deactivations, and changes).- Prepare responsibility letters and return letters for equipment and accessories.- Log support tickets in ServiceNow.- Validate IT accessory inventory.- Manage phone line and accessory inventory.- Configure and set up smartphones.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing of technology equipment and services.- Experience with SAP for purchase requisitions and PO tracking.- Ability to follow up on service payments and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
