And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Position Summary**:**Main responsibilities**:- Facilitate Lean programs, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis.- Collaborate with department leaders to identify improvement opportunities and provide Lean support.- Train employees at all levels on Lean tools, principles, and methodologies.- Develop and track performance metrics (Indicators) to monitor improvement efforts and ensure sustainability.- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data analysis to support improvement strategies.- Help deploy Lean Culture across the organization through communication, training, and engagement activities.- Document best practices and share lessons learned to encourage learning.- Partner with Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure improvements align with our goals and compliance requirements.**Minimum Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience, as a Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Manufacturing.- Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.**The Preferred - You Might Also Have**:- Advanced English.- Experience in Projects, Operations Balancing, Definition of Headcount in Production Lines.- Lean manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Plan for Every Part, Kanban, 5S, Problem Solving, A3.- 1 Piece flow.- Process Design Experience.- Stadistic Analysis.- Desirable experience in Core Tools and TPS.- AutoCAD- Layout Design **What we offer**:- Personal and Familiar Medical Insurance.- Pension Plan.- Saving Fund.- We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
