This role can be faced as an entry level role, where the employee can further develop his career in any of the other KSSM capabilities.**A Day In The Life Typically Includes**:- Will take care of the new employees. Manage their contracts and onboarding. As well as everything related to their equipment and welcome.- Responsible for housekeeping and KSSM facilities.- Vendors management and follow up their payments and processes.- Responsible for the reception of clients/visitors, facilitating their transportation and stay.- Responsible for administrative supplies.- Responsible for payroll data entry system movements corresponding to vacations, salary modifications and Infonavit discounts.**What You Will Need To Bring With You**:- Offer a good welcome to our new colleagues, providing support for their onboarding and hiring so that they feel comfortable and accompanied in their process.- Organize the documentation we have from our current employees in order to be able to support them effectively when needed. As well as in all HR relevant processes as they arise.- Ensure that both governmental and internal processes and obligations are met in a timely manner.- Maintain a safe and functional space in our facilities.- Maintain fluid communication with our vendors to ensure that their process runs smoothly.- To strive to make our visitors feel safe and welcome in their experience with the company.- Keep our administrative tools up to date.- Ensure that any changes are recorded in the form and have the communication of the movements with the payroll team.- Under Grad/Grad- Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience in HR an/or Administrative roles- English written and verbal communication
